Michael Doret, friend and world renowned graphic designer recently released this most beautiful script font through My Fonts.com. Steinweiss Script influenced by the hand lettering of the early (1930′s-1940′s) record sleeve designer Alex Steinweiss is delightful in its playfulness. Both designers shine in this wonderful homage. The chopper motorcycle builder Indian Larry (RIP) used to say he loved the “gizmoness” of old machines, his motorcycles and other mechanical items. I do too. I think Jack White loves the “gizmoness” of his life in music production. He keeps coming up with new ways to entertain and have a good time with his passions. Its one reason why I’m a huge fan.

Volkswagen did a concept MicroBus in 2001 that was closer in size to the originals from the Sixties. This new one is tiny like the Cube and Scion Xb. The concept calls for full electric version, hybrid and diesel versions. I like it, Dude.
