Paul’s Birthday: Trois Mec

Thanks to Jim H. I received an invite to dine at what is the current apex of fine cuisine in Los Angeles, Trois Mec in Hollywood, and also to celebrate the birthday of friend Paul C. It’s a rare treat these days to step out and into a trending hotspot. Chef Lefebvre greeted all and I even got a photo with him (see a better shot on cover of LA Magazine this month). What a treat this was as his food dances across and around your mouth like nothing I have ever tasted. The “Kid” Ryan rounded out the birthday group for what was a grand evening had by all.
